Two NHS recruitment days in Chichester will offer candidates interviews and provisional job offers on the same day.
Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is throwing open its doors and inviting mental health nurses, administrators and healthcare assistants to find out more about the current opportunities to work with the dedicated and compassionate team in Chichester who care for older adults with mental health illnesses, including dementia, on Tuesday 24 March and Wednesday 1 April.
The team are looking to recruit:
- Three Band 5/6 nurses to work in the community team caring for people in their own homes in Chichester
- Three Band 5/6 for the triage team, based in Chichester
- Two administrators
- Two healthcare support workers
The open days are being held at The Harold Kidd Unit, Blomfield Drive, Chichester, on Tuesday 24 March and Wednesday 1 April between 10am and 1pm.
People who attend will have the opportunity to meet the team, find out more about the work involved, be interviewed and, if successful, receive a provisional job offer on the day.
Fiona Newman, Clinical Lead and Lead Nurse for Specialist Older Adult and Dementia Services for North West Sussex at Sussex Partnership, said: "The Trust is a great organisation to work for and Chichester really is a beautiful part of the world.
"Sussex Partnership has been rated 'good' by our regulator the CQC, with 'outstanding' for caring and there's a real sense of pride among all our teams and a great deal of support in place for staff.
"We hope that people will pop along to these sessions and find out more about joining us."
The sessions are drop in and it's estimated that the interview part would only take up to an hour.
