It is really important that we all look after our mental health and emotional wellbeing and would know what to do or who to contact if we were having a difficult time. To help start a conversation with children and young people, this autumn Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in Sussex are inviting children, young people and professionals to make a ‘mental health promise’.
