Triangle of Care

"Working together with family and friend carers to improve the care we provide."

According to figures released by Carers UK, every day there are 6,000 people who take on caring responsibilities, and it is expected that by the year 2037 there will be nine million carers in the country.

Triangle of Care is a membership launched by the Carers Trust in 2010. Made up of six key standards, Triangle of Care focuses on keeping carers included, informed and supported when they are caring for an individual with mental health difficulties.

Sussex Partnership have been accepted as a member of Triangle of Care, joining over 50 other mental health providers in the country, showing their commitment to improving relationships with family and friend carers.
