The Health and

Care Academy

The Sussex Partnership Health and Care Academy works alongside learning providers, such as schools and colleges, to provide placement opportunities in real-life health and care settings for students as part of their academic course.

The Academy has been established to help support and guide potential future health and care professionals to gain the education and training requirements they need for a career in healthcare.

  • Experience - Get to experience working in a real healthcare setting as part of your course.
  • Support - Upon completion of your course, get support with applications and interviews for jobs in healthcare.
  • Make a difference - Join a career that is more than just a job, and make a difference to the lives of others.

A pilot partnership with Greater Brighton Metropolitan College (GB MET) currently provides placement opportunities for students as part of their course: find out more.
