Crisis resolution home treatment
Our crisis resolution and home treatment teams (CRHTTs) work in the community to support people who are suffering from an acute mental health problem or who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
We work with you and your family, friends and carers, to provide safe, effective care in your own home.
Our aim is to support the personal recovery, in the community, of adults over the age of 18. We provide timely intervention to service users including assessments and intensive home-based treatment as an alternative to an acute hospital admission.
Our crisis resolution and home treatment teams (CRHTTs) are made up of clinicians with a variety of specialities including doctors, nurses, psychologists, peer support workers, occupational therapists and social workers.
Referrals to this service are made by mental health professionals.
