Community based services
We offer a wide range of community-based services to support adults with their mental health and wellbeing. This includes our talking therapy services which are available across Sussex and to which you can self-refer.
We also have teams who work in the community to support people with learning disabilities and people who are neurodivergent. Click on the links below to find out more about the different community services delivered by Sussex Partnership.
