Sussex Partnership’s headquarters are based in Worthing, West Sussex, but we operate services from a range of locations across East Sussex, West Sussex and Brighton and Hove. We also provide specialist services for children and young people in Hampshire. Our address is:

Cancelling and questions about your appointment

If you are unable to make your appointment, or have any questions, please contact your care team on the telephone number given on your appointment letter. If you cannot find your letter, please call our switchboard on 0300 304 0100 and they will help direct you to your care team.

Please note that we are unable to answer questions about appointments on social media.

Feedback, advice and complaints

Our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) offers confidential support and information. If you have a question about our services, have concerns about your or your loved one’s care and treatment, or would like to give us any feedback – good or bad – about your experience with us, please contact the team.

Media enquiries and requests to film

Our Communications Team is available to take media enquiries from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.

The email inbox is checked regularly during opening hours. A member of the team will respond to you as quickly as possible. For urgent enquiries please telephone.

If you would like to film or take photos of one of our services or sites, please speak to the team first. This is to protect the privacy of our patients and staff.

Mental health reporting

Journalists looking for information on the most appropriate ways of reporting emotional crises or mental health issues - including suicide - may like to refer to the guidelines by the Samaritans which are supported by most media organisations and professional bodies.
