Why we need a new organisational strategy
More people have long-term health conditions.
People are living longer.
Costs are higher.
We need to change what we do at SPFT so we can:
make our services better
and save money.
We want people to have a good experience when we care for them.
We want to be the best at what we do.
How you can help us
We want you to tell us what we can do to make things better for you.
What you tell us will help us to write our organisational strategy.
This will help us make the right changes.
And make things better for you and other people we care for.
