Vision, strategy and values
Our vision
Delivering great care and improving outcomes together.
Our values
Our values underpin everything we do and the experience we want people to have when using our services, working within them and working alongside them, as a partner.
Our values are:
Our purpose
Our purpose is to collaborate, to provide and to lead.
- Collaborate - we collaborate with partners to join-up services and meet the needs of the local communities we serve.
- Provide - we provide care for people with learning disabilities, mental health, and neurodevelopmental difficulties in Sussex, in collaboration with patient carers and families. As a specialist provider we focus on delivering safe, effective care and treatment, which leads to a positive experience for patients, carers and families.
- Lead - we use our expertise and experience in learning disabilities, mental health and neurodevelopmental difficulties to provide leadership, advice, support and training to the wider health and care system.
Our five-year ambitions
Our five-year ambitions are where we want to be and what we want to have achieved by 2030.
Our five-year ambitions are:
Our strategy
We developed our strategy in partnership with patients, carers, staff and partner agencies. We listened to what people had to say about Sussex Partnership and what they hope the organisation will prioritise over the next five years.
The feedback we received has helped to build our values, vision, purpose, strategic measures, and our five-year ambitions.
