Our values will inform our organisational strategy and help us achieve our vision - our plan of how we're going to continually improve the experience, health and wellbeing of people who use our services, their families and carers, our staff and the communities we serve.
Our strategy
Our organisational strategy is about building for the future by having a clear plan. The plan sets out what we’re going to do to continue improving the experience of patients, families, carers and staff. It’s also about how we play our part in delivering the NHS Long Term Plan.
