Topics covered at the Clinical Governance Meeting, which took place at the end of October, included the plans for the women's secure pathway transformation, support for autistic people in secure wards and tacking racial abuse in inpatient settings.
It was the first time that Provider Collaborative partners have been able to come together in person since before the pandemic.
Suzy Dobson, Programme Director for the Provider Collaborative, said: "These in-person events are so important. It was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect in-person, for people to share their ideas and innovative ways of working with colleagues and spend time troubleshooting some of the challenges we are facing as a Provider Collaborative."
The next Clinical Governance Meeting will take place on Wednesday 22 January.
