Gok Wan visits Kent and Medway Adolescent Hospital

TV presenter and fashionista Gok Wan MBE recently popped in to the Kent and Medway Adolescent Unit to talk to talk to young people receiving support with their mental health.

He shared with them the difficulties he faced growing up and his own struggles with mental health and an eating disorder. He also talked what inspires and motivates him and how his love of music has helped him to deal with anxiety and stress over the years.
