The strategy development workshop, which took place in October 2024 in Langley Green was attended by representatives from the Provider Collaborative core team, NHS trusts, independent providers and the Kent and Sussex ICBs.
Topics on the agenda included how to improve support for those with neurodivergent conditions, including autistic people and those with ADHD and dyslexia, enhancing using of digital tools and ensuring co-production and participation informs the design, mobilisation and provision and services.
This was the first time that provider partners have come together, and it provided an opportunity to develop stronger working relationships across the Provider Collaborative.
