Agile Hybrid Working Policy
This policy recognises that many groups of staff are increasingly working in non-traditional ways. Agile working is a type of flexible working with benefits for both the Trust and its employees. The policy summarises the general principles relating to posts which can be worked in an agile way and who can partly work at home. The policy includes a guide to assist managers in determining the suitability of a post for agile working. It also recognises that home working may be requested by staff as part of their legal right to request flexible working.
