Personal Relationships at Work Policy
This policy recognises that employees who work together may form friendships and, in some cases, this may lead to close personal or family relationships. The trust does not wish to stop or prohibit such relationships. However, in certain circumstances a close personal or family relationship may impact on employees' ability to work in an appropriate professional and responsible manner. This policy aims to balance the operational needs of the Trust's services with the need to ensure personal relationships at work are managed in a way that is as unobtrusive as possible to the private lives of those involved.
