Our People and Culture Plan

Our People and Culture Plan sets out our priorities for the next two years to grow and develop our workforce so that we are best placed to respond to the increasing need in our communities.

It involves being clear about where we will prioritise our resources, expertise and energy, in order to help us recruit and retain the workforce we need. 

The plan speaks to three areas of focus:

  • Providing high quality care through safe and effective services that are a good experience for all
  • Ensuring our staff have fulfilling careers in SPFT, which will make people want to join us and stay here
  • Working together with both the voluntary sector and statutory partners to meet the needs of the local communities we serve.
